K.Yairi produces world-renowned acoustic guitars in Kani, Gifu, Japan. This is an Auditorium-type cutaway model, WY-1, made in 2023.
Solid cedar top with rosewood sides and back, mahogany neck, rose fretboard and bridge, L.R. Baggs “Stage Pro Element” PU and preamp system, and gold pegs with “K.Yairi” logo.
This model is characterized by its clear and mellow raw sound, and the high playability of the cutaway is also attractive, making it a ready-to-play model for both live playing and as an electric acoustico.
It shows some signs of use (scratches, picking marks, slight deflection of the body top, fogging of metal parts and screws, and other exterior damage).
The fret board has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, and fret adjustment) upon arrival, the fret board is high enough to play, and the truss rod can be tightened or loosened up to +/- 60 degrees.
