This is Sakae’s all-mighty maple snare when it was made in Japan.
The maple 6ply shell has a bright tone and sharp sound, and is literally an easy to use all-mighty snare, a more standard 14×5.5″ model.
The color is also eye-catching and typical Sakae color “Ocean”.
The overall appearance is clean, but there is some bottom hoop distortion.
Fortunately, the sound is not affected by the bottom hoop distortion and the sound is good.
It is still in good condition and can be used without any problems.
