The FG/FS Red Label series retains the mid-bass appeal of the original FG from the 1960s, while the carefully selected Sitka spruce wood is treated with A.R.E. processing (Acoustic Resonance Enhancement) and specially developed scalloped bracing to create a deep bass and powerful sound from rich overtones. The specially developed scalloped bracing produces a powerful sound with deep bass and rich overtones.
The body of this new model has a new gloss finish, giving it a more luxurious appearance and a sparkling sound. The pickup-equipped model features the Atmosfeel 3-way PU system, which has been highly acclaimed for its natural acoustic sound, and delivers excellent performance on stage as well.

The ideal warm tone and rich low frequency range have been achieved by repeated improvements using our proprietary scalloped bracing and the latest acoustic analysis and simulation technology.
