A.R.E. is a wood modification technology originally researched and developed by Yamaha.
By applying this technology to the body material of a guitar, a rich sound is achieved as if the guitar has been played for many years.
By precisely controlling temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure without using any chemicals, the same changes that occur over a long period of time after lumbering are produced in a short period of time, thereby improving sound transmission and vibration efficiency, and accelerating the extension of mid and bass notes and the rise and fall of treble notes.
This results in a well-balanced, warm, mature sound with fewer annoying overtones.
